Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
Remote areas: 7–14 business days

Shipping is free across India, with no minimum order value.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package with our courier partner.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and locations. COD availability will be shown at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at shopnkart51@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
